The Traffic Act will regulate the rules for riding an electric scooter

The scooters sold in the Elektrilised.ee online store are all already in accordance with this law and there will be no problems in the future 🙂
However, some important points still:

• Light motor vehicle drivers aged 10-15 must henceforth have the right to drive a bicycle and the obligation to wear a helmet also applies to those under 16 years of age.
• The carriageway must be crossed at the normal pedestrian speed.
• Speeds and capacities are limited (valid at the time of sale). This situation has already been resolved, in particular by means of a digital limiter.
