Return of goods

Kui sul esines kaubaga probleeme või ei ole toode sobiv siis on meie e-poes võimalik tagastada kaup kuni 14 päeva jooksul. Enne tagastamisavalduse saatmist veendu, et:

• The packaging of the goods is opened without damaging it (Resealable packaging is not pulled into strips)
• The goods are complete, ie the packaging of the goods and the rest is still there.
• The goods have no traces of use.
• If the goods are scrap, be sure to include pictures and wait for further instructions. 

Tagastamiseks saada e-mailile: info@elektrilised.ee järgmised andmed:

• Tellija nimi
• Tellimuse kuupäev
• Tellimuse number
• Toote kood
• Tagastuse põhjus

Peale avalduse esitamist ja selle kohta kinnituse saamist palume klientidel tagastada kaup teiepoolt valitud viisil. Tagastada saab:

• Omniva, Smartposti,DPD või Venipak pakiautomaati Tallinn, Kadaka Selver- Tel. +372 5886 0104
• Kulleriga: Meistri 16-301, Tallinn, 13517, Tel. +372 5886 0104

The costs related to the return shall be covered by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed. 

After handing over the goods to the parcel machine or courier, be sure to send us a confirmation e-mail / check so that we can make the return process and the return entry.
